Welcome to Dune Buggy Ride (dunebuggyride.com). By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility & Requirements
Drivers: Must be at least 16 years of age (or as specified by the package). A valid driving license is not always mandatory for desert tracks, but drivers must follow the guide’s instructions strictly.
Passengers: Children under 15 may join as passengers but must be accompanied by an adult.
Health Restrictions: Our tours are not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with back or heart problems, or those with serious medical conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability.
We accept payments via major credit/debit cards and cash (where applicable).
Prices are inclusive of basic equipment (helmets, goggles) unless stated otherwise.
VAT of 5% is applicable as per UAE law.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time.
Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the tour.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or “No Shows.”
Weather/Safety: If we cancel a tour due to extreme weather or safety concerns, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
4. Safety & Conduct
Protective Gear: Helmets and safety gear provided by us must be worn at all times.
Instructions: Participants must follow the lead guide’s path. Reckless driving, stunts, or deviating from the track is strictly prohibited.
Substance Policy: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol and drugs. Any participant suspected of being under the influence will be prohibited from the tour without a refund.
5. Liability & Damages
Risk Acknowledgment: Desert motorsports involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Dune Buggy Ride is not liable for personal injuries.
Equipment Damage: The participant is financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to reckless driving or failure to follow instructions.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
